1. Click on this link, or go to https://btcpremium.com/forgotpassword
2. Enter your email adress, and click on RECOVER PASSWORD.
3. Check your incoming emails (your SPAM folder also, if you can not find it among incoming emails). Click on "CONFIRM" button or copy the link into your browser
4. You will then receive a second email with your temporary password
5. Log in with your email address, and temporary password.
6. After logging in, you must change the temporary password so that there is no written record left on it. Without this you will not be able to use the platform.
7. Make sure 2FA is set.
