We will do our best to solve your problems as soon as possible, but it is important, that you look for a solution to the simpler questions in the "Solutions" menu in order to speed up the process. If you do not find a solution there, open a ticket at our Support Portal.

Please be as short and specific as possible

No need to write a novel. Share some of the most important information about your request in a few words. The process of the solution will be faster if the customer service does not need to read the non-relevant information, and it is not the question of what the problem may be. We recommend that you list the informations.

Give as much details as you can

In short, but give as much details as possible. For example, if you check a transaction, send us details about when, how much, in what currency, what reference number… this can drastically reduce the time it takes for customer service to resolve your problems. If important details are missing, we need to obtain the necessary information through multiple mail exchanges. You can also send screenshots of the problem, but note that we only receive attachments sent in JPEG or PDF format.

Do not open more than one ticket for the same request

If you open multiple requests for the same problem, you won't get faster solution, as they always arrive at the end of the line and are not related to your previous request. Also we need to find out, how they connect to eachother, so you slow down the process.

Be polite

We understand that crypto trading can be very stressful, especially if you have a problem that you want to resolve immediately. Your application is tried to be solved by our professional customer service as sson as possible, but they are also humans. Being rude might holding them back helping you faster.
