When transferring funds to/from BtcPremium, a Transaction Request (TXR) is generated, a unique identifier in the Transaction Requests section of your account (pending / approved / deleted).
There you can find all the deposit and withdrawal request for each currency of yours and you can check the status of them as well.
Click the "View" link next to the transaction to get an overview of all the details of them, which you can print and save for registrating / accounting purposes.
Entering the TXR number for customer service is the fastest way to get help when you open a support ticket or need an information about a transfer transaction.
